Taping For Plantar Faciitis

Place anchor strip with 1-1/2-inch tape. One goes around the matatarsal heads. The other covers the medial and lateral borders of the foot.
Use 1-inch tape. Starting at the fifth metatarsal head, follow the lateral border up then come around the calcaneous and across to finish where you started.
Repeat the above, starting and finishing at the first metatarsal head.
Alternate this arch crossing three times each way.
Close the plantar surface of the foot with 1-1/2-inch tape splinting each previous piece.
Finish by covering the anchor strips with two more anchor strips.
Finished procedure.
