Richwoods went to Peoria Stadium to meet Manual in a Mid-State 6 contest. As Coach Maier had foretold the team a new relay group - Laura Unes (top left), Biannca Ward (bottom left), Alisha Smith (top right) and Stephanie Lovingood (bottom right) - made its initial appearance with major impact in producing a season's best and area best 1:51.8. The relay was anchored by Lovingood who blazed to a :58.4 in the 400 leg.

    Jewel Sanders (below) claimed wins in both of the throws with the shot win at 34' 8" and the discus in a RHS record 122' 9".

    The Knights ran the board against the Rams winning all 19 events in amassing a 137-12 overall edge in the meet.
